Part Time Office Administrator (OA)
The OA must have strong technology, time management, organizational and  process management skills.  The OA is confident, proactive, direct, a researcher and comfortable asking questions, Pays scrupulous attention to detail. This position requires wearing many hats and offers opportunity for growth and development. It is most helpful to have a healthcare and/or aging background, understand the challenges of a start-up and the joy that comes from solving problems that help people. It is a part-time position to start and predominantly remote.
 
Experience required by priority 
1.     Google Workspace for Business to manage the internal database
2.     Ability to build a CRM database to manage referral sources. Update HIPPA compliant client database  - IHealthhome.com. Monitor client records to ensure that the information is up to date and follow-up with care managers for completion.
3.     Maintain collateral inventory for business cards, notebooks, name tags, stickers etc
4.     Manage Quickbooks
5.     Edit and review monthly billing
6.     Process and procedure documentation
7.     One to One Marketing to keep up relationships with clients and referral sources
8.     Organization to keep client electronic files up to date
9.     Keep Webinar CEU’s accounted for and documented
10.  Assist with Strategic Plan edits
11.  Review and lead social media needs
12.  Lead efforts for electronic contracts and moving documents online
13.  Research (from diagnoses to solution, reimbursement options for employees, )
14.  MAC/Apple expertise to help coordinate best use of IPAD, Phone and Laptop
15.  Staff meetings and management
16.  Wix to keep the website up to date (30 minutes per month)
 
Special Projects:
CRM to research, propose and create referral source database (ie Hubspot, etc)
 
 
 
 
 
Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
